cfes Begin Work On Their Second Off-Site Penthouse Apartment

cfes the building services and specialist construction company have begin work on their second off-site penthouse apartment in Central London. This scheme involves the demolition of two thirds of the existing 6th floor structure and the reconfiguration of the 5th floor and remaining 6th.

Whilst on-site works commence the two off-site structural units will be fabricated off-site in our South London factory. The benefit of this is that the two programs (on-site/off-site) work in parallel reducing the overall program length.

Various up-dates on this project will be given though-out the duration of the project.
