Service & Maintenance Division relocates to Thames Valley Office

The Service & Maintenance Division of cfes have relocated from our Head Office to the Thames Valley Office. The relocation puts the service and maintenance team in an excellent position for road links, with the M4 being so close and with easy access to the M25. This ensures that the service and maintenance engineers are able to reach their service calls faster & there is less time travelling from the office to their call outs. Hilary Hickman, Service & Maintenance Manager said “With better road links our call out times have been greatly reduce, and our customers are receiving a better service than ever”

It is important to ensure that installed equipment is kept in good working condition by having routine maintenance carried out. This will help to avoid the cost and inconvenience of unexpected breakdowns and ensure that energy consumption is kept to a minimum.

Since July 4th 2007, EU legislation has been in place ruling that all permanent air conditioning installations are subject to regular refrigerant leakage checks. The frequency of these checks is based solely on the amount of refrigerant in the system. cfes can assist in meeting any legislation required.
