cfes the building services and specialist construction company have gained practical completion on 4 (Wetherby, Tiverton, Cambridge, Warwick) out of the 6 HSSU (Hospital Sterile Store Unit) sites. cfes are working under a JCT 1998 without quantities with sectional completion contract and therefore work continues on the remaining two sites with the Newcastle Under Lyne site running until the end of July remaining on the program and Eastleigh having just begun.

cfes have been contracted by one of the UK's biggest private healthcare providers to build 6 No HSSU facilities within existing shed units. The shed units are approximately 12,000 ft each and range from 1960's engineering shops to new build industrial units. cfes have install a vast quantity of building services (steam plant, RO plant, back up generators, chillers, DX cooling, 2 no air handling units, high level ductwork and other as well as all the internal construction work: 2 no mezzanine floors, office partitioning, clean room wall linings, kitchen, staff changing and showering facilities, staff rooms, training rooms. ceilings suitable for maintenance access and other.
