Sales Executive - Air Conditioning Division
cfes Ltd is a fast growing national multi discipline M & E and construction contractor.

Our specialist air conditioning division offers design and installation of air conditioning and associated ventilation systems for retail, commercial, healthcare, high-end residential properties, exclusive hotels and data centres. Our Service and Maintenance Division offers service and repair of air conditioning systems together with full M&E facilities management.

We are looking to recruit a Sales Executive to develop new business relationships, negotiate with clients and generate new income.

Candidates should possess the following skills:-

• Technical and industry knowledge - to undertake initial site surveys, system design and preparation of accurate quotations. Knowledge of VRF and VRV design and application is essential.
• Ability to focus on results - identify and nurture sales leads and consistently close sales with both existing and new clients.
• Commercial acumen - excellent awareness of margins to ensure quotations are both competitive and profitable for the business.
• Flexibility - able to work with other areas of the business and progress opportunities identified by line management, directors or others within the business.
• A positive approach and outlook to grow with the business.

The role will be based at our Head Office in Alton Hampshire.

Experienced Mechanical and Electrical Supervising Engineer
Basingstoke
£29,000 - £39,000

We have a vacancy for an Experienced Mechanical and Electrical Supervising Engineer to be currently based in Basingstoke but not exclusively.

The successful applicant will have experience in all major plant (chillers, AHU's, electrical panels, HV/LV generators and lifts). The management of sub-contractors and knowledge of CDM/permits to work and H & S matters would be expected.

This person will work closely with our clients building up relationships and their trust in our business.
