Marketing Executive
A suitably experienced person is required to support our Business Development Manager in order to maximise the marketing of our products and services across all sectors of the business. Key responsibilities and duties include:

Managing the production and distribution of all marketing materials, including writing copy, liaising with designers and printers, and/or production of in-house material.

Creation and maintenance of mailing databases.

Press Releases, Research and analysis.

Development and analysis of marketing campaigns.

The role will be based at our Alton Head Office.

Projects Engineer - Building Services (Graduate)
Candidates with a genuine interest in developing a career in Building Services are invited to apply. You should ideally have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an ONC/HNC/HND in a related engineering discipline.

The role is to act as a Project Engineer, working on commercial, residential, public and private sector projects based throughout the UK. Projects will be of variable lengths ranging from concept/feasibility stage to construction commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Tender review and estimation of mechanical and electrical work packages.

Contribute to construction drawing reviews, design workshops and value engineering exercises

Composition of method statements and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with CDM

Site inspections ensuring work carried out by sub-contract teams meets design specifications, quality and British Standards

Liaison with client representatives and project/design teams

Equipment procurement and cost negotiations

The role offers the option of a defined career path, with an opportunity to work and develop skills and experience in line with the CIBSE professional development plan.

The role will initially be based at our Berkhamsted office with travel as required.
